Extension for a Growing Family

A home extension in Maidstone that adds a new family room for a growing family while blending with the existing house. AxisPro removed the old alfresco and decking, built the new structure from stumps to roof, and upgraded the electrical and stormwater works.

Strip-out

Removal of the existing internal and external sliding doors, windows, alfresco and decking.

Structure

New concrete stumps, bearers, joists and sub-floor, then framing, roofing, walls and external cladding.

Interiors

Internal wall linings, laminate floorboards, internal cabinetry and a split-system air conditioner, with new external timber steps.
