The articles, guides, project descriptions and other content on this website are general information about building and construction in Victoria. They are current at the date shown on the page, or at the date the page was last updated.

The content is not legal, financial, taxation, planning, engineering or building-surveying advice, and it does not take your property, contract or circumstances into account. Laws, standards, fees and timeframes change. Before you act on anything here, check the current position with the relevant authority, your building surveyor or a qualified professional.

Not a quote or an offer

Nothing on this website is a quotation, tender, estimate or offer that can be accepted. Any cost, rate, area, timeframe or program mentioned is indicative only. A price or a date binds us only when it is set out in a written contract signed by you and by us.

Sending us an enquiry does not create a contract, and it does not oblige you or us to go ahead.

The Project Value Planner and its calculators

The calculators do arithmetic on the figures you enter. They run in your browser, and the figures you type are not sent to us.

A calculator result is an estimate from those figures only. It is not a valuation, a forecast, a quote or advice, and it is not a statement that any return, rent, value, saving or timeframe will be achieved. The calculators are simplified and leave out costs such as GST, tax, finance, vacancy and fees. Do not rely on a calculator result to make a financial, purchase, leasing or building decision. Get advice from appropriately licensed and qualified professionals first.

Information from other organisations, and links

Where we quote market data or rules published by another organisation, we name the source and the date. That information was published by others, relates to the period and market stated, and may have changed since. We do not control websites we link to and are not responsible for their content.

Our projects and photos

Projects shown on this website are examples of past work. Every site, design and budget is different, and a past project is not an indication of the cost, time or result of yours.

Copyright and the AxisPro name

The text, photographs, drawings, graphics, logos and design of this website belong to AxisPro Constructions Pty Ltd or to those who have licensed them to us. You may view and print pages for your own use and to consider working with us. You may not copy, republish, sell or use the content for another business without our written permission.

Using the website properly

• Do not use the website in a way that is unlawful or that could damage it or interfere with other people's use of it.
• Do not send us false, offensive or unlawful material through the forms.
• Do not copy content or contact details in bulk by automated means.

These terms are governed by the law of Victoria, Australia. Any dispute about them is to be dealt with by the courts of Victoria.
